How?

By understanding your body is as unique as your fingerprint

You are not the problem. You are not broken.

You are unique. And therefore need a unique plan.

The OwnWard Method helps you to create your personalised plan by helping you to figure out;

  • What your unique body and mind is trying to tell you
  • What to work on first (and no, it's not salads and exercise)
  • How to make changes that last more than two weeks.

Tactics used:

- Coaching Activities: expose the areas of your life that are keeping you stuck

- Mindset Training: Practices that transform your perspective on life

- Stories and Analogies: Empower your daily decision making

Meet the Founder

I created The OwnWard Method because I was sick of being sick.

Charise Dinagat.jpeg

Hi, I’m Charise. And I'm no longer a slave to ill-health. A sentence I could only dream of saying in the first 30 years of my life. I still have my chronic health issues, but they are no longer in control, thanks to the lifestyle changes I made.

Those changes took me several years to implement, because I kept trying to run before I could crawl (at times, quite literally). So, I stopped trying to do it everyone else's way, and started listening to what my body and mind were trying to tell me. And it was like someone pressed fast-forward on my healing journey.

I spent over 10 years refining a system that helped to pull me out of every flare-up and curveball that life threw at me. And now I'm dedicating my restored life to help others release themselves from the prison of ill-health and low mood too.

My method isn’t just a theory, it works. Everything I develop is designed to help you to support your unique body and take the next steps with confidence, so you can start living again too.

After years of being stuck at home, I finally had the capacity to make the long journey to visit my family in Philippines. I swam, hiked and climbed mountains without causing a flare-up. A dream I nearly gave up on!
